Committee
The creation of committees to support the coordination of the PPGENF is an effective strategy to make the faculty co-responsible for building a solid, democratic and inclusive program. Here we present the committees and a summary of their duties and action indicators.
These tasks and indicators will help PPGENF coordinators monitor the performance of the committees, ensure that they are functioning effectively, and help maintain the excellence and transparency of the program.

Duties:
- Create and use the program’s self-evaluation tools;
- Identify faculty training and development needs;
- Propose actions to improve teacher integration and commitment to the program;
- Monitor and suggest improvements in the academic and scholarly performance of the faculty.
Indicators to be evaluated:
- Rate of faculty compliance with actions taken by the committee;
- Response rate to self-evaluation forms;
- Proportion of improvement actions taken as a result of previous reports;
- Teacher participation in training and events sponsored by the program;
- Impact of the proposed actions on scientific productivity (articles published in international journals, projects supported by funding bodies, master’s and doctoral orientations completed within the timeframe).

Duties:
- Establish clear and objective criteria for evaluating students during their Master’s and Doctoral programs;
- To evaluate the academic performance of regularly enrolled students;
- To rank students for scholarships fairly and transparently, taking into account the resolutions in force at the UFC and PPGENF;
- Propose support measures for students with unsatisfactory performance.
Indicators:
- Percentage of scholarships awarded according to established criteria;
- Student dropout/abandonment/extension/retention rate;
- Proportion of students with good academic performance (academic production, participation in events, technical visits and courses that contribute to their training);
- Student satisfaction with the evaluation and scholarship distribution process.

Duties:
- Promote the program’s activities, accomplishments, and opportunities through digital platforms and events;
- Manage the program’s social networks and website;
- Promote campaigns to attract qualified candidates and institutional partners;
- Create promotional materials such as videos, folders, and newsletters.
Indicators:
- social network engagement (likes, shares, comments);
- Increase in the number of candidates in the program selection;
- Visibility in academic rankings and awards;
- Partnerships signed or strengthened as a result of visibility.

- Percentage of graduates employed in the field or in prominent positions;
- Graduate participation in program events;
- Use of alumni information to raise funds or strengthen partnerships.

- Transparency of accountability (financial reports available).

- Support the publication of articles and projects in collaboration with foreign researchers;
- Promote the program’s participation in international rankings and adherence to global standards of excellence.

- Number of signed international agreements and partnerships;
- Number of students and faculty involved in international mobility;
- Proportion of program publications with international co-authors;
- Rate of participation in international academic events inside and outside Brazil;
- Inclusion of the program in global rankings or initiatives.

- Planning and execution of academic and scientific events (seminars, congresses, lectures, workshops);

- Evaluate events to identify areas for improvement and impact;
- Raise financial resources to promote the events.
Indicators:
- Number of events per semester or year;
- Average attendance (faculty, students, external community);
- Rate of positive feedback in student satisfaction surveys;
- Funding obtained through partnerships and funding agencies;
- Presence of international or prominent speakers in nursing and related fields.
