7. Copy of articles published in the last 2 years with advisor

Note¹: The student must be the rapporteur of the abstract to be presented and the advisor must also be listed in the abstract.
Note²: All documents must be sent to the program’s e-mail address – pgenfermagem@ufc.br – with the subject line “Documents for requesting a grant – Student’s name”.
Note³: We ask you to send the documents 30 days before the event.
2. Finished work (dissertation/thesis) with the cataloging form and properly formatted according to the library’s rules (e.g. the cataloging form must not contain the title in capital letters). Dissertations and theses must be submitted in 2 different versions: a) 1 file with the complete work; b) 1 file with only the pretextual elements.
Please note that if any item is missing, we will not be able to proceed with the application.
Once you have all the documentation, the Secretariat, along with the Library, will register your work through the UFC’s Institutional Repository.
The Secretariat will initiate a process through the SEI and send the request to the PRPPG to diploma issue.
Note: Please note that this publication process is not immediate.
The student must collect the diploma in person, or through his legal representative by proxy, directly at the PRPPG, located at Campus do Pici, Building 848, Phone: +55 85 3366-9943
Doctoral students can request an extension of up to 6 months. Master students can request an extension of up to 3 months. Both must submit a request duly signed by their advisor, including a schedule for completion and defense of the final report.
